The St. Theresa Point School Project involved the construction of a new 36,600 square foot middle school constructed adjacent to the existing Grade K-4 School, which received a 21,500 square foot addition and renovation. This project also included the construction of all new playing fields, play structures and nine new teacherages. St. Theresa Point is a remote community located in Northern Manitoba, which added complexity to the logistics planning.
