The scope of work for the Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project at Morris General Hospital encompasses significant upgrades to the hospital’s fire protection and life safety systems. These upgrades include the installation of a new fire water service, fire hydrant, fire pump, and both wet and dry automatic sprinkler systems. Fire alarms, notification devices (horns/strobes), and extensive firestopping are also included, along with associated electrical, mechanical, and structural work. Interior finishes are to be restored or modified as needed to accommodate the fire and life safety upgrades.

Work includes but is not limited to architectural woodwork, rough and finish carpentry, firestopping, steel stud and gypsum board assemblies, acoustic ceiling systems, resilient flooring, mechanical systems (HVAC, plumbing, and medical gas), electrical and communication infrastructure, nurse call systems, and life safety upgrades. The site is an active healthcare facility, so work will be coordinated to ensure minimal disruption to operations, with particular attention to infection control, access restrictions, and off-hour scheduling where necessary.

The Pelican High Peak Youth Healing Lodge Landscape project involves the full redevelopment of the site surrounding a healing lodge facility in Sioux Lookout, Ontario. Site works will consist of a new asphalt driveway and parking lot, concrete sidewalks, stairs, curbs, and entrance pads, along with extensive hard and soft landscaping. The RSR Wastewater Treatment Facility is a major new regional plant located adjacent to the existing Niverville Sewage Treatment Lagoons in the RM of Ritchot, Manitoba. The project involves the full construction and commissioning of a mechanical wastewater treatment facility serving over 30,000 residents, with future expansion capacity for more than 70,000. Key elements of the work include excavation, site development, concrete structures, civil works, membrane bioreactor and biosolids systems, headworks and lift stations, chemical feed systems, odour control, and process and utility piping.
