The South Pointe School is a new 98,000 square foot LEED Gold Certified educational facility. The school is constructed primarily with masonry block walls for the exterior and interior partition walls. The exterior façade is with a masonry veneer and metal panel façade. The school includes multiple classrooms, a manufacturing room, a fitness room, a gymnasium, a kitchen, a music room and various support spaces. The facility also includes a geothermal heating system.
