The Northlands Denesuline First Nation Water Treatment Plant Project involved the renovation and a 2,250 square foot addition to an existing water treatment plant located in a remote community in Northern Manitoba. As the Construction Manager, Penn-co Construction was involved in the design phase and provided constructability advice, controlled costs and developed a sequencing plan. A priority of this project included scheduling the work and shutdowns to minimize disruption to the essential services to the community.
