The Mizhakiiwetung Memorial School is a new 48,000 square foot educational facility. The school consists of a central hub, which wraps around a circular courtyard with two curving classroom wings, a library, and a gymnasium. The Grade K-12 school serves three Ojibway communities making up Wabaseemoong Independent Nations – White Dog, One Man Lake, and Swan Lake. The site includes a baseball diamond, a running track, a soccer pitch, a skating rink, and several play structures for the kindergarten and elementary students.
