The Clearspring Middle School is a new 92,000 square foot LEED Gold Certified educational facility. Construction involved a variety of materials including cast-in-place concrete, masonry, hollowcore, and structural steel. The school itself is a learning tool for students, with many areas of the structure left visibly open to provide an understanding of different construction methods.
