The Brandon University Healthy Living Centre Project is LEED Silver Certified and involved the construction of a new 80,000 square foot addition and a renovation to the existing facility. The expansion included a second floor mezzanine running track around the perimeter, change rooms, an exercise room, office spaces and storage areas. The project also involved various site work including a new parking lot.
