The Arborgate Middle School Project involved the construction of a new 40,000 square foot addition as well as a renovation to the existing school. Construction included cast-in-place concrete piles, masonry block, hollow core, and a structural steel superstructure. The unique architecture allows a significant amount of visible structural, mechanical, and electrical elements. The project is LEED Gold Certified.
