The Weyburn RCMP Detachment project involves the construction of a new, purpose-built facility designed to support the operational and security needs of the RCMP. The work includes full site development with excavation, grading, underground utilities, and surface treatments such as asphalt paving, concrete curbs, and sidewalks. The building will be supported by cast-in-place concrete foundations and a structural steel frame, with exterior finishes including masonry veneer and metal cladding. Roofing systems, aluminum windows, and exterior doors complete the envelope.

Interior construction includes metal stud partitions, acoustic insulation, gypsum board finishes, and a range of flooring and ceiling systems. Mechanical and electrical scopes provide full HVAC, plumbing, and fire protection systems, along with electrical distribution, lighting, and communications infrastructure. Specialized elements such as detention cells, interview rooms, sally ports, and security systems are integrated throughout, reflecting the unique operational requirements of an RCMP facility.

The scope of work for the Provincial Fire and Life Safety Project at Morris General Hospital encompasses significant upgrades to the hospital’s fire protection and life safety systems. These upgrades include the installation of a new fire water service, fire hydrant, fire pump, and both wet and dry automatic sprinkler systems. Fire alarms, notification devices (horns/strobes), and extensive firestopping are also included, along with associated electrical, mechanical, and structural work. Interior finishes are to be restored or modified as needed to accommodate the fire and life safety upgrades.

The Huron Childcare Renovation project involves converting an existing office building at 1290 Mountain Avenue, Winnipeg, into a fully functional daycare facility. The scope includes demolition of existing ceilings, partitions, and fixtures, followed by the construction of new partitions, ceilings, and flooring in alignment with the Issued for Construction (IFC) drawings. Mechanical and electrical systems will be upgraded, including installation of a new sprinkler system and new window openings in the building envelope.

The TC Churchill Airport Terminal Building Rehabilitation project entails the comprehensive refurbishment of the existing terminal in Churchill, Manitoba. The scope of work under this contract is extensive and multidisciplinary, involving architectural, structural, mechanical, and electrical upgrades. Key components include selective demolition, reconstruction of walls and ceilings, installation of new HVAC systems, replacement of doors and curtain walls, and the application of fireproofing and joint sealants. New concrete work, structural steel installation, thermal and moisture protection (including board insulation and metal siding), and a range of interior finish upgrades—such as gypsum board assemblies, flooring, and painting—are all critical tasks. The project also incorporates building envelope upgrades, commissioning of various systems, and specialized systems such as fire alarms and automatic door operators.
