Rick has been an integral part of the Penn-co team since 2001. He began his career as a Safety Coordinator and Project Coordinator, and with his in-depth knowledge of safety and operations, he was appointed as the Director of Human Resources in 2013. In 2017, Rick was promoted to the position of Vice President Human Resources.

Rick holds a diploma in Civil Engineering, which he has utilized to enhance labour relations and implement a more focused recruitment strategy for all areas of Penn-co. His ongoing commitment to improving and developing the Penn-co team has been instrumental in fostering a positive employee culture at the company.
