Mark became a part of the Penn-co team in 2007 as a Jr. Project Manager. With his methodical approach and thoughtful risk management strategies, he quickly progressed through various Construction Management roles and is now the Vice President of Operations. Mark’s broad understanding of the construction process, thanks to his degree in mechanical engineering and carpentry fields, is invaluable. In addition to managing project teams, he oversees equipment positions and assets, logistics, and air transportation. Mark’s attention to detail and focused approach ensure that Penn-co continues to grow in a healthy direction.
