We’re looking for a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Administrator to join our team in Winnipeg. This is an excellent opportunity to contribute to a dynamic construction environment and work alongside experienced professionals in the industry.

Responsibilities

  • Manage and maintain project documents and files.
  • Track and ensure timely submission and response to project communications.
  • Update and monitor project tracking sheets.
  • Prepare and distribute regular project reports.
  • Perform accurate data entry and general office duties.
  • Maintain spreadsheets and organize digital and physical filing systems.
  • Support multiple Project Managers simultaneously.
  • Attend occasional site visits as needed.
  • Assist with other administrative tasks as assigned.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in the construction industry is an asset.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
  • Excellent organizational skills and time management.
  • High attention to detail with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to assist where needed.
