Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently hiring a Production Analyst to join our team working at our Steinbach office. This role involves collecting, consolidating, and synthesizing data, preparing reports, and communicating insights on production input cost drivers, such as labor, and production output metrics. Your ability to gather and analyze data, develop effective reporting processes, and work collaboratively with various teams will be key to driving operational success.

Responsibilities

  • Develop processes to collect relevant operational data and transform it into actionable insights.
  • Track and compare actual production activities against planned schedules to ensure alignment with production goals.
  • Collaborate with multiple teams to enhance performance and reporting of operational activities.
  • Prepare and communicate reports on production input cost drivers, such as labor, and production output metrics.
  • Ensure data accuracy and creation of reports that clearly communicate key performance indicators.
  • Collect, consolidate, and synthesize data into clear, actionable reporting.
  • Work proactively with multiple teams to improve production efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

  • Practical experience in data analysis, analytics, or a similar field.
  • Experience in Power BI, Alteryx, Tableau, and CMiC is preferred.
  • Experience in the construction or manufacturing sectors is an asset.
  • Strong communication skills to effectively collaborate with Operations, Accounting, Estimating, and Senior Management.
  • Collaborative and adaptable team player, capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and meet deadlines.
