Penn-co Construction is a leading construction company currently hiring superintendents to join our team working in Northern Locations. As a Superintendent, you’ll lead boots-on-the-ground operations and ensure projects stay on track, from planning to final walk-through. Responsibilities
- Oversee all aspects of daily site operations, ensuring work is completed safely, on schedule, within budget, and to high quality standards.
- Lead and support site teams and subcontractors with a focus on clear communication, accountability, and strong leadership.
- Develop and maintain short-term schedules and lookahead plans that align with the overall construction schedule and key milestones.
- Proactively identify and resolve on-site issues to avoid disruptions to schedule or
- Ensure compliance with building codes, environmental regulations, and LEED or sustainability requirements as applicable.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date project records, including daily logs, change orders, RFIs, and inspection reports.
- Facilitate regular coordination meetings with trades, suppliers, consultants, and internal stakeholders to maintain workflow and address site needs.
- Oversee quality control processes to ensure all work meets or exceeds project
- Coordinate delivery logistics and material handling to support smooth site
- Utilize construction management software and digital tools for scheduling, reporting, and

Qualifications
- Minimum 5–10 years of experience in commercial or industrial construction, including remote or northern locations.
- Comprehensive understanding of health and safety regulations, quality control, and construction project management.
- Ability to prioritize tasks, manage conflicting demands, delegate effectively, and monitor progress to ensure successful project completion.
- Strong leadership and team-building skills with a focus on maintaining positive site morale, fostering a respectful and inclusive work environment, and motivating crews in challenging or remote conditions.
- Ability to manage logistical challenges in remote areas (e.g., materials coordination, weather delays, access issues).
- Valid driver’s license and ability to travel and stay on site for extended
