As our Marketing and Proposal Lead, you will play a crucial role in amplifying Penn-co Construction’s market presence and digital footprint. Your balanced blend of strategic marketing and proposal crafting will enhance brand visibility, secure new business, and position us as a leader in the industry.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic marketing plans to enhance brand recognition, reach new audiences, and generate leads.
- Manage and update our company website, ensuring it accurately represents our brand and services.
- Run our social media presence on LinkedIn, Meta, and other platforms, creating engaging content and regular updates.
- Coordinate YouTube and Meta ads, crafting campaigns that align with our business strategy.
- Craft compelling business proposals, transforming our estimates into persuasive stories that win business.
- Stay up to date with industry trends and competitor activities to refine our marketing and proposal strategies.
- Coordinate internal communications to foster employee engagement and company culture.
- Manage the marketing budget, tracking expenses and assessing return on investment.
Desired Skills:
- Demonstrated experience in marketing, social media management, business writing, business development, or a similar field.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex information and persuade an audience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, website management tools, and familiarity with marketing software and platforms.
- Ability to manage multiple projects, meet deadlines, and adapt to shifting priorities.
- Strong attention to detail.
- Knowledge of construction industry trends and terminology is a plus.
Requirements:
- A bachelor’s degree or diploma in Marketing, Business, Communications, or a related field is preferred, but equivalent experience will also be considered.
