Penn-Co Construction has been hired as Project Managers on a multiphase 30,500 square foot single storey addition and renovation to an existing Emergency Department. Penn-Co is involved in the design, budgeting, scheduling, phasing, procuring tender documents, and constructing the facility. Fully a year prior to construction, planning commenced. The project is designed according to LEED requirements and constructed accordingly. Extensive coordination is required on site due to scheduled shut downs of mechanical and electrical systems. Strict infection controls were implemented where required.
