McDonalds creates a unique challenge with renovations. There are several specified subtrades that are involved in all McDonalds renovations and need to be coordinated with during the project. This coordination has to move smoothly to ensure minimal down time of the restaurant to limit the loss of daily income due to closing. Also the owner requires the drive through to remain open as long as possible which requires Penn-co and its subtrades to work in close proximity to traffic while maintaining strict safety measures in minimal spaces. The interior finish will be completely redone as is the kitchen and drive through areas. The exterior will be finished with a highly durable, low maintenance alpolic panel to ensure a long lasting finish.
