Ernest G. Penner President
Ernie is the founding shareholder of Penn-Co Construction. With over forty years of construction experience, he has been the driving force behind our success and growth. Ernie's past directorships include The Bank of Canada, Home Hardware Stores Ltd., Loewen Group Inc., University of Winnipeg and Winnipeg Bible College. As well, he was awarded the Manitoba Business Citizen of the year award for 1985 by the Manitoba Chamber of Commerce.

| Dan Reimer Vice-President of Operations
As the Vice President of Operations of Penn-Co Construction, Dan is responsible for all of Penn-Co operations and projects which span from Ontario to Alberta with a growing workforce of over 100 employees. He started his career with Penn-Co in 1990 as a site superintendent and became a project manager in 1999. He assumed the role of Vice President in 2005 and also became a shareholder. Dan is a professional carpenter by trade, holds a Bachelor of Religious Studies Degree and is a life long student of construction. His particular expertise lies in doing projects in the Canadian north where he has specialized in waste and water treatment plants as well as schools on First Nation's communities.

Dave Caron, CA Vice-President, Administration
Dave joined Penn-Co Construction in 1999 and has extensive experience in the financial management and reporting requirements of a large corporation. Dave obtained a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) degree in 1987 and the Chartered Accountant designation in 1990. As Vice President of Administration, he is responsible for financial reporting, information systems, cash flow management, and office administration.
