Lord Selkirk Park is located in Winnipeg, Manitoba. This Manitoba Housing complex includes a 7 story apartment complex and over 175 townhouses. The Lord Selkirk Park project is to complete a deep refresh of the 126 apartment units and all townhouses. The scope of work includes new millwork, doors & windows, flooring, and paint. The refresh also includes plumbing and HVAC upgrades as well as electrical fixtures. This project will be completed in stages that allow Penn-co to completely renovate several units at a time before moving on, allowing Manitoba Housing to relocate residents to the new units.
