Arborgate school is a 40,000 square foot middle school addition to an existing school. The school is built to LEED Gold and power smart standards. Construction of the school is cast in place concrete piles, concrete foundation, masonry block, hollow core, and structural steel. The project incorporates a ground heat exchanger complete with in-slab heating lines. The unique architecture allows significant amount of visible structural, mechanical and electrical elements.
